Pulse Pro locks are audit using Windows software and peripheral equipment. The procedure and equipment required to download audit is different depending on the method chosen and the type of keypad installed. Links for instructions to take audit are provided after the software installation instructions.

Download and unpack the file

  • Click the button below to access a webpage where a .zip (Compressed) file with the software package can be downloaded

  • On the web page that opens, click the Download button located top left on the page. Do not click the file itself

The zipped file will download to either the downloads folders, or another location depending on your browser. Once the file has downloaded, it must be unpacked or unzipped.

  • Locate then right click the file and select Extract all…. If the file has been supplied on a USB flash drive, copy the file to your computer and extract it.
If it is not possible to unpack the .zip file using the Extract all... command, download suitable unpacking software such as 7-zip

Install the driver

In the extracted folder, open the folder Driver and double click the application USBXpressInstaller.exe

Allow the file to run if prompted and wait for the driver to finish installing.

If your PC has been updated to the latest version of Windows 10, it is possible that installation of the driver may be blocked. An alternative driver and installation process is available HERE

Install the Pulse Pro audit software

In the extracted folder, double click the application PulseProAudit_2.0.4.exe

Allow the file to run if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions. A shortcut will be placed on the desktop if selected.

Take audit
